They're pretty wild, but I like them.
Since I was on a roll, I pulled yarn to start another pair...a little more subdued this time
And got the toe started before I took a kitty break
Speaking of kitties, Chloe is such a good sport letting Bouree jump all over her, but I don't like him biting her ears, so every time I see him grabbing her head I pull him off. But he still has taken a toll on her right ear. Here is my sweet girl posing for the camera while Bouree was napping.
His naptime is the only time she gets any peace! See what I mean...he's chewed the fur off of that ear!
Now Bouree's awake and looking for her
And you can just see in the background, that he chewed through the belt on my treadle sewing machine...and this is the look I got when I asked him why
But each time he is a naughty boy, he immediately does something cute...how could I possibly be upset with something this cute!
Pretty socks! Poor Chloe....it is very hard to get mad at them when they are so cute. He's so reminds me of Frankie....lol
ReplyDeleteChloe is a good kitty but surely her patience will reach it's limit at some point and she'll set him straight!
ReplyDeleteCute pink socks. I see you start with the toe. Do you think this is faster/easier. I had my surgery today and may start some knitting tomorrow. I got home around 12:30pm and am bored already. Have to keep my foot above my waist!! I can knit like that. Your kitties are so cute. Love your site.
ReplyDeleteI like alternating plain yarn with variegated...keeps me from getting bored. I'm enjoying the lace pattern I'm knitting for my scarf too.
ReplyDeleteLove the socks - the wilder the better. Why put all that effort into something that isn't seen :-)
ReplyDeletePoor Chloe - she is such a sweet girl and needs to put Bouree in his place. You can see the devilment shining out of his eyes!
Love that big-eyed innocent look!!
ReplyDeleteLove those socks!
