Getting a Few Things Done

After a very busy week around here, today I got back to work in earnest. I completed a few projects that have been in progress for some time. One was a friends quilt that I have had for quilting a good while now.  All finished up today and shipped back to her.





I also drew some pen and watercolor note cards.

One with color, and one pen only before I added the color



and then after painting



I needed to re-stock some colors of my textile paints and inks...hopefully they will arrive tomorrow and I can get back to painting on a couple other quilts in progress.

And lastly, this is what Bouree and Chloe have been doing all day!

    I love your notecards.....great kitty pictures as always. That Bouree sure is a hoot! Quilt is very nice. :)

    Deb....The quilt is great. Love the quilting. Your note cards are inspiring. Inspiring me to draw more. I am having foot surgery and will be on crutches for a week. I have some knitting, hand sewing and I will draw too. (need to practice, practice the drawing). Love your blog! Take care and stay cool!

    Hi Deb! I've been following your blog and love all the kitty photos...nothing like having a kitten in the house to keep things lively! And the signature quilt for our past Prez looks great....I'm sure she'll bring it to Guild to show off. Have a wonderful quilty day!
