Yesterday I ordered a new phone. Nothing wrong with the old one, and I'm not eligible yet for a free or reduced cost replacement. But I decided to do it anyway. I am spending quite a bit of time texting with my 14 yr old granddaughter, so I decided I needed a phone that was "texting friendly". I really don't want to go the whole crackberry...
I mean blackberry, internet kind of route so I choose this one:

And yes, the only reason I choose this one over others( some that are better) is because it is beautiful and RED!
Yea, I know . Stupid reason to choose a phone.....not!
Though Don is still rolling his eyes.....
Men, what do they know!
um, seems like a perfectly good reason to me!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I went the Crackberry route a few months ago... chose the pink one because yes color matters... and my hubby is STILL rolling his eyes that I HAD to have a phone to stay connected with Facebook while away from home! Yes, men, what do they know?!
ReplyDeleteI liked my Blackberry but I like my iPhone even better and as soon as they release the iPad I'm buying one of those too. Hopefully I'll have it by the time I head to VA for Brian's wedding. I'm just hoping someone will write a simple app for designing quilts on it ...or at least drawing out blocks since I tend to forget things if I don't capture them right away.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that you got a different phone so that you can text with your granddaughter!!
ReplyDeleteI had a crackberry and thought it was awesome until it died and had to be replaced with an iphone. Wow, what a difference!
Enjoy your texting!
Grandchildren are very important-enough reason for a new phone. Glad you commented on my tree.
ReplyDeleteI'm an iPhone girl, but I totally get the red... that's my favorite color and I like anything red!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Don but I do think red is easier to find at the bottom of your bag. Shocking pink or Magenta would be even better.
