Texture

Our latest Fiberactions piece is due next Thursday. The word this time is "Texture"  Easy for me..most of my quilts are loaded with texture, both the visual and tactile variety.

For those who asked... FIona and her new little sister Siobhan

Yippee!

As of the wee hours of this morning, we have a new granddaughter and Fiona has a new little sister .... her name is....

Siobhan Aileen

Welcome dear sweet little one!

Good Progress and a Gorgeous Day!

Sunny and cool..no AC needed!  What a joy that is.  Bouree and Chloe certainly enjoyed being able to go out on the screened porch and see the birds and lizards up close.







And I even got a little work done







Now to enjoy a cool..almost chilly evening!

 

Plugging Along

Finally Lee is out of here!  And this afternoon is beautiful.  Our weather for the next few days is forecast to be in the low 80's...what a treat!

Today's progress...this one is taking a while, as it is 4 feet tall.

Slow But Steady Progress

Day 4 of our resident storm Lee....enough already!  You can move along any time now.

But  storm or not, the painting continues.
